Hole #14's tee box is behind the two short concrete pillars. Aim for the nearest corner of the library's parking deck.

Yep, you're going up. Just get it up to the 3rd level; try blading it if you have trouble.

The hole is the white striped area just outside the door from the stairs. Beware of overthrowing it when trying to make it to the third level. I have lost discs on top of that structure more than once.
